About the Role

This position is critical to ensuring that project-wide quality management systems are effectively implemented, maintained, and continuously improved.

  • Coordinate the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the project's Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Support compliance with ISO 9001 and project-specific quality requirements.
  • Manage controlled documents, including procedures, work instructions, and forms, ensuring current versions are readily accessible.
  • Assist with planning, scheduling, and conducting internal audits to verify compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain registers of non-conformances, corrective actions, and preventive actions, and track close-out progress.
  • Support the preparation and coordination of management reviews and external audits.
  • Provide QMS training, guidance, and support to project personnel and subcontractors.
  • Assist with quality reporting and data analysis to monitor performance and highlight trends.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on quality management matters.
Requirements
  • Qualifications in Quality Management, Business Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a quality systems, coordination, or compliance role within construction, infrastructure, or a similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management principles.
  • Experience managing controlled documents and supporting internal/external audit processes.
  • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
