Job Title: Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager

Your new role:

  1. Lead and develop the scheme administrator management process, including templates, factsheet management, activity checklists etc.
  2. Maintain document and form registers, version control and archiving.
  3. Building and managing the audit control process, internal procedures and register plus relationship management of external auditors.
  4. Ownership of the risk management and customer complaint register and reviews process.
  5. Maintain records and record-keeping procedures.
  6. Develop training material and a training register.
  7. Be the scheme system expert (systems include Dataforce and Alitsy)

To be successful you will have:

  • 4+ yrs experience in a compliance, auditing and QA.
  • Experienced in developing and implementing governance and auditing systems and processes.
  • Exposure to energy-efficiency schemes is desirable (VEU, ESS or REPS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines, independently and prioritise your time.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and operating system platforms.

  • Coordinate audits and assessments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on quality assurance and compliance matters.
  • Monitor and report on quality assurance and compliance performance metrics.
