Compassionate Care Provider

About the Role
  • Evaluate and treat patients with diverse conditions, including orthopedic, post-operative, neurological, and sports-related issues.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans aimed at restoring function and enhancing quality of life.
  • Accurately document patient progress using electronic medical records.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.
Requirements
  • A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • An active or eligible state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT).
  • New graduates welcome; outpatient experience is a plus.
