  • Delivering person-centred care duties with a focus on promoting the physical and emotional well-being of residents
  • Providing assistance with medication and wound dressing as needed, while ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Supporting residents in daily living activities, including personal care and mobility assistance

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. A Certificate III in Aged Care Support or equivalent is essential, along with experience in identifying and meeting resident care needs using a holistic approach.
