We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to join our team and provide personalized support to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others and possess excellent communication skills.

Job Description

As a caregiver, you will be responsible for providing premium care experiences to our clients that are genuine, compassionate, and personalized. This will involve assisting clients with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport, and companionship.

You will also be required to deliver care in accordance with the client's care plan, which has been developed by our Care Designer (Registered Nurse). This may involve meeting the safety needs of the client and using equipment safely and properly.

In addition, you will be responsible for completing records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Community, Individual Support, or Disability, or extensive industry experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A reliable way to get to and from the client's home.
