Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our Community Care Team as a Care Specialist.

As a Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and support.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services to clients in their homes, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.

Your role will involve:

  • Providing daily living assistance, including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing;
  • Supporting clients with community-based recreational and social activities;
  • Transporting clients to appointments and assisting with shopping;
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Qualifications and Skills
  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support, or an equivalent qualification;
  • A current Australian driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle;
  • Experience working with technology, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
