Personal Care Worker Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Workers to join our residential aged care team. As a key member of our team, you will provide safe and high-quality care to residents in accordance with their individual needs and preferences.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of the residential aged care environment and standards, as well as empathy and compassion for our residents. You will be responsible for providing personal care, including hygiene, continence care, mobility, eating and drinking, as well as clinical care such as medication support, basic dressings and wound care. You will also be involved in social and recreational activities, domestic services, assessment and care planning.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent, have experience in providing daily care and activities to clients, hold and maintain an NDIS Worker Clearance, and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
