Seeking a seasoned Financial Crime professional to spearhead the development and implementation of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) framework.

A rapidly expanding consumer finance organization is looking for an experienced leader to drive the creation of a robust AML/CTF system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigating risks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing comprehensive AML/CTF guidelines and training programs.
  • Establishing thorough frameworks, policies, and procedures for AML/CTF monitoring and reporting.
  • Collaborating with senior management to identify and mitigate risks, and providing strategic advice on AML/CTF matters.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to deliver regular management reports on identified issues and trends.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or related tertiary qualifications.
  • Prior experience in a Financial Crime position, with knowledge of Line 2 Compliance and framework design.
  • Experience in consumer or wholesale lending sectors would be highly regarded.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to foster strong business partnerships with senior stakeholders.
