Dynamic Program Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as a Program Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about working with kids and wants to make a difference in their lives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the program management team to develop and implement engaging programs for children.
  • Assist with compliance documentation, parent enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, teachers and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive school community.
  • Co-manage or coordinate during the school holiday program.

About You:
  • You're passionate about kids and have a can-do attitude.
  • Good team player with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience working in Before and After School Care is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
