About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Manager to join our team at Seven Consulting. As a Senior Change Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality change management services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead change management services on complex programs, including scoping, resourcing, and analyzing client business operations.
  • Develop and propose solutions to reduce the impact of organizational changes.
  • Meet and present to executive stakeholders, preparing business documents and slides.
  • Execute plans, schedule, report on progress, raise risks and issues, and maintain effective relationships.
  • Evaluate and measure the success of change interventions.
Requirements
  • 6-9 years of experience in Change Management.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presentation skills.
  • Desire and ability to contribute to the Change Management Practice and mentor junior team members.
