About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Manager to join our Risk Management Group at Macquarie. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and leading the execution of change management strategies to drive effective management and embedment of material changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement change management strategies to support operational risk change initiatives
  • Partner with the Operational Risk division to drive effective management and embedment of material changes
  • Develop tailored change plans to ensure successful delivery of change initiatives
  • Design and implement measurement strategies to establish change readiness and execute appropriate adoption activities
Requirements
  • 8+ years' experience as a Change practitioner with recent experience leading and implementing a change strategy within the Financial services industry
  • Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate complex issues in a straightforward manner
  • Prior experience in the Operational Risk domain is highly regarded
  • Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Change or an aligned field
