About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Workplace Strategy and Change Management team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative workplace solutions that drive business outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business development and growth activities, including pitching to potential new clients on our workplace strategy and change management services.
  • Manage a team of analysts and consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement workplace strategy and change management solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Design and deliver engaging client events, activities, and communications that showcase our expertise and build strong relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building trust and managing expectations through effective communication.
About You
  • Proven experience in workplace strategy and change management, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
