We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administration Officer to join our team on a part-time basis.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to achieve balance and purpose in their work. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating staff rosters and filling vacant shifts, supporting onboarding and compliance for new staff and volunteers, managing resident admissions, transfers, and discharges, maintaining databases and generating fee quotes, organizing meetings, training sessions, and site tours, handling accounts payable, banking, and record archiving, and being the friendly first point of contact for residents, families, and suppliers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Business or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years in administration or business support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time-management and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
