
Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Administration Officer to support the delivery of community care services in Bundaberg.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative assistance to various teams within the neighbourhood, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage requests, concerns, and inquiries from internal and external customers, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Roster and schedule support for the neighbourhood, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare correspondence and documentation as requested, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Efficiently organize appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting/workshop preparations, minimizing delays and maximizing productivity.
- Monitor, order, and distribute office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked environment. Arrange for maintenance/repair of office equipment as needed.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource, and other systems, upholding data quality standards.
- Utilize mainstream software, including Microsoft Office Suite and database applications, leveraging intermediate-advanced skills to drive results.
- Possess effective verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear articulation of ideas and needs.
- Demonstrate previous experience in rostering/scheduling, with a strong understanding of scheduling principles and practices.
- Showcase great time-management skills and ability to prioritize workload, delivering high-quality outcomes under pressure.
- Exhibit good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications, driving proficiency and efficiency.
- Display confidence with smartphone and digital devices or willingness to learn, embracing emerging technologies.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize workloads with a can-do attitude.
