Administrative Support Role

We are seeking an organised, collaborative and compassionate individual to coordinate administrative tasks in a part-time capacity.

This role offers 45 hours per fortnight across 6 shifts, ideal for someone seeking balance and purpose. You'll be working as part of a team of four professionals who share responsibilities and support each other while also managing specific tasks.

About the Position
  • Coordinate rosters, admissions and resident documents.
  • Provide admin support across meetings, finance, and reception services.
  • Collaborate with three admin staff in a shared and supportive work environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating staff schedules and filling vacant shifts.
  • Supporting onboarding processes for new staff and volunteers.
  • Managing resident admissions, transfers, and discharges efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate databases and generating fee quotes.
  • Organising meetings, training sessions, and site tours effectively.
  • Handling accounts payable, banking, and record archiving duties.
  • Serving as the friendly first point of contact for residents, families, and suppliers.
What Makes You Suitable
  • Certificate III in Business or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in administration or business support is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong time-management and computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) are necessary.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment is crucial.
  • A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement is expected.
Additional Requirements
  • National Police Certificate – or willingness to obtain.
