We are seeking an organised, collaborative and compassionate individual to coordinate administrative tasks in a part-time capacity.
This role offers 45 hours per fortnight across 6 shifts, ideal for someone seeking balance and purpose. You'll be working as part of a team of four professionals who share responsibilities and support each other while also managing specific tasks.
About the Position- Coordinate rosters, admissions and resident documents.
- Provide admin support across meetings, finance, and reception services.
- Collaborate with three admin staff in a shared and supportive work environment.
- Coordinating staff schedules and filling vacant shifts.
- Supporting onboarding processes for new staff and volunteers.
- Managing resident admissions, transfers, and discharges efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate databases and generating fee quotes.
- Organising meetings, training sessions, and site tours effectively.
- Handling accounts payable, banking, and record archiving duties.
- Serving as the friendly first point of contact for residents, families, and suppliers.
- Certificate III in Business or equivalent experience is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in administration or business support is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Strong time-management and computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) are necessary.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment is crucial.
- A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement is expected.
- National Police Certificate – or willingness to obtain.
