- We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a key point of contact for staff, visitors, and contractors.
- As a front-line administrative support provider, you will assist with fleet and facilities matters, including monitoring and facilitating maintenance requirements.
- You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment and contribute to positive organizational change.

About the RoleThe Regional Support Officer reports to the Fleet & Facilities Manager and is responsible for:
- Providing administrative support, including data entry within our corporate systems.
- Assisting the Fleet & Facilities Manager with fleet and facilities matters, including monitoring and facilitating maintenance requirements.
- Supporting the Technology Team Leader with site IT issues.
- Managing reception duties at each site.
- Certificate-level qualification or demonstrated experience in a similar administrative or facilities support role.
- Current C Class Driver's Licence (QLD).
- Prior experience in a not-for-profit or community services environment.
- Familiarity with basic IT systems, fleet management, and facilities administration.
