International Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Team Member. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing forward-looking human resource policies, strategies and processes to best support employees operating internationally.
The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the International Pre-Deployment Briefing program, preparing AFP members to deploy offshore. They will also coordinate and facilitate programs of work, such as the International Training Program, and enjoy facing new challenges each day.

Key Responsibilities- Facilitate the International Pre-Deployment Briefing program
- Coordinate and facilitate programs of work, such as the International Training Program
- Develop and manage strong relationships with people across the organisation
- Australian Citizenship
- Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Relevant qualification or extensive experience and knowledge in area of expertise
