Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, driving end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, utilizing your judgement to monitor and respond to recruitment queries, and supporting panels to deliver timely and cost-effective recruitment and onboarding processes.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to change and improvement in recruitment services, including system enhancements, documenting knowledge, and drafting best practice talent acquisition materials.

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality recruitment services and has a proven track record of success in a human resources environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure quality and client service-oriented support is provided to all stakeholders
  • Monitor and manage the shared recruitment inbox and group phone line, including managing and resolving routine and moderately complex queries
  • Support panels to deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes ensuring they're aligned with best practices as well as timely and cost-effective
  • Utilise LinkedIn and other platforms to conduct candidate searches for identified roles
  • Contribute to change and improvement in recruitment services including system enhancements, documenting knowledge and drafting best practice talent acquisition materials
About You
  • The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • An interest and ability to learn new tasks and embrace change
  • Demonstrated experience providing exceptional client service, preferably in a human resources environment
  • The ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Relevant work experience in a human resources field
