Human Resources Business Partner Opportunity

The Human Resources Business Partner plays a pivotal role in our organisation, providing expert guidance and counsel to various programs.

You will collaborate with a team of Human Resources Business Partners located across the country and work closely with the recruitment team.

This role is a full-time ongoing position primarily based at our office. The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of three days per week from the office and may be required to travel for business purposes.

We are seeking a candidate who possesses:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a Human Resources Partnering role
  • Demonstrated experience in investigations, case management, and award interpretation in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated organisational skills and the proven capacity to take on and deliver on multiple and varied projects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with others and exercise influence in diverse contexts
  • Knowledge of or interest in the community services sector is highly valued
