Retail Cluster Director

We are seeking an exceptional Retail Cluster Director to lead our retail team in Miranda. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving engagement, building high-performing teams, and delivering elevated customer experiences.
The successful applicant will be responsible for leading our passionate team, driving engagement, and building a culture that prioritizes sales, product knowledge, and long-lasting relationships with customers.
Requirements- 2+ years experience managing a large flagship store or multiple sites with a high volume fashion retailer
- An eye for styling and detail to uphold high visual merchandising standards
- Capacity to prepare monthly rosters costed to achieve store budgets
- Ability to analyse and organize stock to maximize sales on the shop floor
- Strong interpersonal skills to lead and manage store teams
