Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting mission-critical operations.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • They will break down projects into manageable tasks, set timeframes and goals, and ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.
  • The role involves acting as the point of contact, communicating project status to all participants, and ensuring clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • A US or Australian citizen.
  • An active US Top Secret/SCI w/ Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or related field.
