The Senior Development Manager will play a pivotal role in growing our operations, leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering exceptional outcomes. With expertise in design and construction, you'll help define team structures and develop the skills of less experienced colleagues.

  • Create feasibility studies, manage budgets, cashflows, and project timelines to drive success.
  • Lead the design, statutory approvals, construction, and completion phases of projects with precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve challenges and maintain alignment with development objectives.
  • BUILD strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring support for the project vision.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture, mentoring junior team members.

What We're Looking For:

  • Extensive experience in property development, with expertise in design and construction.
  • A solid background in project feasibility, cost control, and risk management.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and mentor teams.
