Senior Leadership Opportunity in Building Services

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to join our team as Senior Leader of Building Services. This is a key leadership role that requires technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams and clients.

The successful candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary team of design engineers across various disciplines, including Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Fire, and ESD services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving excellence in delivery across a diverse portfolio of projects, including mixed-use, healthcare, aged care, commercial, and heritage developments.
  • Championing a culture of collaboration, innovation, and performance within the team.
  • Establishing and expanding market presence in Melbourne, building strong client relationships, and developing new project opportunities.
  • Representing the business at industry events, forums, and within client networks, promoting the company's reputation and expertise.
  • Contributing to business strategy, client growth, and project outcomes, while shaping the future direction of the Building Services group.

The ideal candidate will have 15–20 years' experience in building services engineering, preferably with a mechanical background, although other disciplines are welcome with proven multi-disciplinary leadership.

A recognised presence in the Melbourne market, with strong client relationships and networks, is essential for this role. The successful candidate will be commercially astute, balancing delivery excellence with business growth, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
