Job Overview:

This role involves ensuring strict adherence to SEBI regulations, exchange bye-laws, PMLA guidelines, and other relevant statutes in all operational activities.

Regularly reviewing and updating internal operational policies and procedures is essential to align with evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Ensuring compliance across all trading segments (Equity, Derivatives, Commodities, Currency) through daily operational checks.

Implementation of new Compliances: Proactively identifying, interpreting, and implementing new regulatory guidelines and circulars issued by SEBI, Exchanges, and other authorities that impact operations.

Developing and executing comprehensive action plans for seamless integration of new compliance requirements into existing operational workflows and systems.

Effective communication of changes to relevant teams and providing necessary training.

Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Preparing and submitting accurate and timely regulatory reports to SEBI, Exchanges (NSE, BSE, MCX, NCDEX), CDSL/NSDL, and other relevant bodies.

Liaising with internal compliance teams to ensure synergy between operational practices and overall compliance framework.

Maintaining meticulous records of all regulatory submissions and communications.
