Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of trading and settlement processes to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory compliance.
  • Strategic utilization of pricing models and Greeks to assess and manage risks effectively.
  • Operational Oversight: Supervise trading and settlement processes to guarantee precision and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Client Interaction: Promptly address and resolve client issues while maintaining high standards of communication and professionalism.
  • Swift Decision-Making: Make critical decisions related to trading and risk management in a timely and informed manner.
  • Monitor algorithmic trading activities to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
  • Risk Management: Manage limit structures and control mechanisms to mitigate trading risks and optimize performance.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about SEBI regulations and exchange standards to ensure seamless compliance.
  • End-of-Day Transactions: Execute end-of-day backups for all transactions, trades, and related activities with precision and efficiency.
  • Ban Script Management: Effectively manage and understand scripts associated with trading bans and restrictions.
  • OTR & PNC Transactions: Handle Order to Trade Ratio (OTR) and Persistant Noise Creators(PNC) transactions efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications are advantageous.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in financial markets, with a focus on equity, derivatives, and option pricing.
  • Skills: Proficient in NSE/BSE products, option pricing models, effective communication, decision-making, algo trading compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Attributes: Analytical, detail-oriented, able to manage pressure, proactive, and collaborative.
