Executive Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished executive leader to drive strategic growth and innovation in a prestigious advisory firm. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results, leading high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
  • Lead a team of experienced professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business development and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Ensure alignment with company goals and objectives, driving a culture of accountability and excellence.

Requirements:

  • CA/CPA with 10+ years of experience in public practice, including senior leadership roles.
  • Deep technical expertise in Australian taxation, structures, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to drive business development and portfolio growth with SMEs, corporates, and HNW clients.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
