Base Criteria

Reporting to the Executive team, you will play an important role in driving performance and overseeing national operations across a range of complex commercial contracts. This role requires someone to lead and manage a portfolio across NSW, QLD, VIC and TAS.

Skills and Attributes
  • 5+ years' experience in Account Management or Operations Management within soft FM or commercial cleaning.
  • Proven success managing multi-site, large-scale teams and diverse contracts.
  • Strong commercial expertise with budgeting, financial reporting, and stakeholder negotiations.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices, industrial relations, and team leadership principles.
