As a Senior Product Manager, you'll drive product growth and innovation as a senior individual contributor, but you'll also lead with influence—shaping vision, coaching peers, and setting standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy for new banking propositions
  • Validate ideas through customer research, data insights, and experimentation
  • Design end-to-end journeys from discovery to launch—across mobile, web, and core platforms
  • Partner with engineering, design, analytics, risk, and operations for smooth delivery and continuous iteration
  • Provide product leadership across squads—mentoring, influencing product practices, helping peers raise their craft
  • Set and monitor clear metrics (e.g., activation, frequency of use, NPS, error rate) and grow impact through iteration and scale

Requirements:

  • Considerable experience in product roles—particularly delivering digital products, ideally fintech or high-growth platform companies
  • A track record in scaling products end to end with measurable growth and engagement results
  • Expertise in product discovery, experimentation, Agile methodologies, and working in squad-based models
  • Strong strategic mindset: able to translate trends, data, and insights into clear product direction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication—comfortable influencing at multiple levels
  • Technical fluency: able to interface effectively with engineers across the stack (mobile, APIs, backend)
  • Craftsmanship: a high regard for UX detail, performance, reliability, and accessible design
  • A natural mentor and collaborator—able to lift team outcomes through shared practices and feedback
