Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at MedHealth Group. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical levels of function and capacity to perform daily living activities and instrumental activities of daily living.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address participants' needs and goals.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including Speech Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists, to provide comprehensive support to participants.
- Participate in professional development and receive formal supervision to ensure ongoing growth and improvement in your practice.
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a paediatric setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with participants, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
