Key Responsibilities- Screen and prioritize occupational therapy referrals, conducting assessments and interventions to support consumer recovery.
- Contribute to the coordination, evaluation, and support of the multidisciplinary facilitated therapeutic group program.
- Lead the utilization, assessment, and practice of sensory assessments, interventions, and groups to support consumer sensory modulation and reduce restrictive practices in mental health care.
- Contribute leadership skills and input to multidisciplinary treatment teams for planning consumer discharge with complex support needs.
- Provide professional supervision and support to occupational therapy staff and students.
