Occupational Therapist

The Occupational Therapist will work with a diverse caseload of participants, providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to develop or maintain everyday tasks. You will work with participants using a holistic, person-centered approach, collaborating with the person and their support team.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet with a supervisor on a regular basis to review current workload, areas of improvement, and receive feedback on progress.
- Review incoming referrals and operate within scope of practice.
- Provide therapy to individuals and groups.
- Create resources for therapy and take on projects throughout your graduate year.
- Complete and compile functional assessments, progress reports, outcome reports, and recommendations, ensuring to meet all NDIS reporting requirements.
The successful candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Current or eligibility for registration with the appropriate governing body.
- Must have completed tertiary studies prior to commencement.
- Enthusiasm and passion for practicing therapy interventions as an allied health professional.
- The ability and initiative to work autonomously while being part of a clinical team.
