About the Role

The Occupational Therapist will work with a diverse caseload of participants, providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to develop or maintain everyday tasks. You will work with participants using a holistic, person-centered approach, collaborating with the person and their support team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with a supervisor on a regular basis to review current workload, areas of improvement, and receive feedback on progress.
  • Review incoming referrals and operate within scope of practice.
  • Provide therapy to individuals and groups.
  • Create resources for therapy and take on projects throughout your graduate year.
  • Complete and compile functional assessments, progress reports, outcome reports, and recommendations, ensuring to meet all NDIS reporting requirements.
About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current or eligibility for registration with the appropriate governing body.
  • Must have completed tertiary studies prior to commencement.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for practicing therapy interventions as an allied health professional.
  • The ability and initiative to work autonomously while being part of a clinical team.
