Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality therapy services to Home-Based clients, focusing on maintaining independence and reducing healthcare utilization.
- Supervise and support Grade 2 Occupational Therapists at Alan David Lodge, promoting professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of clients.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of programs and services that promote community-based care and support.
- Current registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Proven experience in community-based care and support, with a focus on Home-Based services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
