We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. As a key member of our therapy services team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to junior clinicians, while also delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Intervention: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical levels of function and capacity to perform daily living activities and instrumental activities of daily living.
- Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and support to junior clinicians, including Graduate Occupational Therapists and Junior Occupational Therapists, to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality services.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, and Behavioural Support Practitioners to deliver comprehensive services to our clients.
- Registration and Qualifications: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience and Skills: Proven experience in supervising junior clinicians, with a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices.
- Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate junior clinicians.
- Cultural Competence: A strong commitment to cultural competence and the ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
