Key Responsibilities- Assess and develop individualized plans for participants, incorporating a holistic and person-centered approach.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including family, health, and education supports, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based interventions to address needs related to activities of daily living, functional performance, and sensory processing.
- Triage, assess, and manage caseloads with efficiency and professionalism.
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Effective time management and clinical skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a clinical team.
- Demonstrated evidence of clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.
