">About the Role
">We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our Selleys Retail Sales team in the Greater Western Sydney territory. As a Sales Professional for Territory Growth, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and providing exceptional service to our valued clients.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets and volume goals through effective sales strategies, product knowledge, and relationship-building skills.">
- Territory Management: Manage and grow a customer base within your assigned territory, ensuring strong relationships and continued business growth.">
- Reporting and Presentations: Run reports on sales performance and present findings to stores on a quarterly basis, providing actionable insights for improvement.">
- Customer Engagement: Foster and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.">

Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
">- A strong understanding of sales principles, customer engagement, and product knowledge.">
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.">
- Ability to understand a wide range of products and offerings across all channels.">
- Proficient PC and Microsoft Office skills, as well as experience with Sales CRM systems.">
- Willingness to travel regularly, visiting customers and attending meetings.">
- A positive attitude, with a focus on achieving results and delivering exceptional customer service.">
