Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our business growth in South Australia.

About the Role

This key leadership position will be responsible for driving innovation, building high-performing teams, and fueling business growth through identifying new opportunities and delivering projects that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth strategies across Defence refurbishment, façade remediation, and infrastructure remediation projects
  • Partner with the State Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure project success
  • Lead market research and trend analysis to inform strategic decisions
  • Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to foster a culture of collaboration and trust
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by embracing emerging trends and technologies

About You

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned construction operations leader with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. They will have extensive experience in operations within the construction or infrastructure industry, a proven ability to manage large-scale projects and complex portfolios, strong commercial acumen and financial management skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
