Job Description:
As a Brand Growth Expert, you will lead the strategic and operational direction of your brand portfolio, driving growth through innovation and impactful marketing campaigns. You will develop and implement short- and long-term brand strategies to drive growth and market share across various regions.
You will utilise market research and consumer insights to inform actionable and effective marketing plans. Your expertise in creating 3–5 year innovation masterplans by aligning global pipelines with local R&D will unlock category and brand growth.
Furthermore, you will manage end-to-end innovation and new product development processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams, using consumer insights to guide key decisions.
Lastly, you will plan and deliver impactful ATL and BTL campaigns to maximise brand investment and achieve strategic objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with minimum 2+ years of experience in brand management.
- Proven track record in driving brand growth through successful product launches and consumer-centric initiatives.
- Strong project management, planning, and organisational skills, with experience managing budgets and P&L.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
