We are in search of a dedicated Food & Beverage Duty Manager to lead our exceptional team.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be a committed and enthusiastic leader responsible for guiding our teams in delivering outstanding customer service to guests in our Ternary restaurant and bar. You will provide management and leadership support to our F&B Operations Manager.

Your qualifications and expertise include:

  • A strong passion for nurturing the next generation of hospitality professionals.
  • Previous experience managing a team of 20 or more members.
  • Ability to mentor and guide team members to meet operational standards.
  • Experience with reservation systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Outstanding communication skills and presentation.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example to ensure efficient, friendly, and professional food & beverage service for all guests.
  • Oversee front-of-house operations to guarantee the highest quality service.
  • Supervise and support all restaurant and bar areas as necessary.
  • Organize and coordinate the daily activities of team members.
  • Address various guest challenges and participate as a first response team member in emergencies.
  • Complete service logs with thorough communication across all hotel areas.
  • Report issues related to sickness, absence, and punctuality to the hotel duty manager as needed.
  • Achieve budgetary goals, customer satisfaction targets, and other business metrics.
  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff, kitchen teams, and higher management to relay all relevant information.
  • Assist in implementing training programs for all employees, including conducting induction and skills training.
  • Maintain hygiene standards for food handling and presentation.
