We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Assistant Manager to join our team at Novotel & ibis Sydney Darling Harbour.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operations of the hotel, working closely with department heads to achieve results. You will lead from the front to ensure all team members are aligned in providing a high level of guest service and optimising the financial results of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Front Office and F&B Operations teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance and guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with department heads to achieve business objectives
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in Front Office and F&B Operations leadership roles
  • Full Australian working rights and a valid RSA
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate preferred but not essential
