Job Title: Purchasing Manager

We are seeking a purchasing and stores guru to ensure our Novotel & ibis Sydney Darling Harbour hotels' operations have the supplies they need, when they need them, at the right cost.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertly analyse market demand and manage inventory to drive cost efficiencies.
  • Oversee stock control, conduct detailed stock takes, and ensure stores are meticulously organised and secure.
  • Lead purchasing for food, beverages, and general goods, manage supplier relationships, and support outlet promotions and events.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in inventory management and stock control.
  • Strong analytical skills for cost analysis, menu engineering, and procurement strategy.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with suppliers and internal teams.
