Job Title: Support Professional
About the RoleWe are seeking a compassionate and empathetic professional to support individuals with disabilities.
You will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their goals and participate in community activities.
Main Responsibilities:- Support clients with daily tasks, including personal care, eating, and hygiene maintenance
- Promote community inclusion by following up on community-based opportunities for participants, based on their interests and hobbies
- Assist clients in participating in community activities, while maintaining a 1:1 or 1:3 staff-to-client ratio
- Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent qualification
- Current First Aid and CPR Training
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 3:15 PM.
