Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing vital support services for individuals facing challenging circumstances. The successful candidate will be based in our Homeless Hostel in Doncaster, working closely with clients who may have complex needs, including mental health and substance misuse issues. Key responsibilities include carrying a caseload, acting as an initial point of reference, using company intranet and email, responding to H&S issues, monitoring access to schemes, reporting incidents, carrying out domestic tasks, effective recording of information, and completing quality risk assessments.

Job Description:
  • Provide support to clients with complex needs, including mental health and substance misuse issues.

  • Respond to H&S issues and monitor access to schemes.
  • Report incidents and carry out domestic tasks.
  • Effective recording of information and completion of quality risk assessments.

  • Basic IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
