About the Role
As a Career Coach, you will work closely with participants to understand their career aspirations and create personalized plans to help them overcome obstacles and reach their full potential.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth assessments of participants' skills and interests to develop effective action plans.
- Collaborate with community organizations to identify job opportunities that match participants' strengths and abilities.
- Provide guidance on resume writing, interview preparation, and other essential job search skills.
- Support participants in developing strategies to overcome barriers and achieve long-term employment outcomes.
Your Qualifications
- Experience in customer-facing roles or administration, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
- Proven time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting changing demands.
