
Senior Talent Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Organisational Development Partner to join our team. This is a 12-month contract opportunity.
- Partner with executive management and key stakeholders to develop comprehensive people and culture initiatives at the enterprise level.
- Design and implement organisational development (OD) programs that address APRA's diverse needs while proactively anticipating future workforce requirements aligned to strategic objectives.
- Embed effective talent management practices across all levels.
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives to support organisational growth and employee engagement.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Extensive experience in the design, delivery and measurement of organisational development initiatives, including experience in cultural transformation, performance frameworks and contemporary talent management strategy and practice.
- Proven record of coaching and influencing senior leaders and teams.
- Expertise in behavioural facilitation, consulting, and performance coaching.
- Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced use of organisational and individual diagnostic tools.
- Ability to analyse data for informed decision-making.
- Project and change management proficiency.
