The Career Development Specialist is a newly created position within our organization. This role aims to invest in and support the professional development and advancement of our consultants.
This opportunity allows you to shape a new program, making a meaningful impact on our consultants' careers while ensuring operational excellence.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Develop frameworks and processes to establish the role within the organization.
- Lead the creation and execution of a career management program, supporting consultants' professional growth, skill development, and career progression.
- Serve as a trusted resource for consultants, offering guidance and facilitating career growth, performance management, and proactive feedback.
- Guide consultants through their learning and development journey, advising them on training or engagement opportunities that will help advance their career.
- Drive these processes through high-frequency consultant interaction and engagement with internal stakeholders.
- Oversee and improve systems and processes to develop, evaluate, and retain top talent.
- Work closely with global leaders to align talent initiatives with regional needs and metrics.
- Ensure internal processes are efficient, well-managed, and do not interfere with client-facing activities.
