About the Role
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage incoming calls and respond to guest queries in a professional and polite manner
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, maintaining accurate records using our property management system (PMS)
  • Coordinate daily activities with various departments, including food & beverage and housekeeping, to enhance the overall guest experience
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is essential
  • Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills are required
  • A friendly and positive attitude, with a willingness to work as part of a close-knit team
  • Excellent grooming and presentation standards are necessary
  • Able to work a flexible roster, including evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays
