
Front Office Customer Service Professional

Looking for a role that combines front-line customer service with behind-the-scenes operations? We have an exciting opportunity for a Front Office Team Member. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our hotel.
About the Role- Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage incoming calls and respond to guest queries in a professional and polite manner
- Process guest arrivals and departures, maintaining accurate records using our property management system (PMS)
- Coordinate daily activities with various departments, including food & beverage and housekeeping, to enhance the overall guest experience
- Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is essential
- Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills are required
- A friendly and positive attitude, with a willingness to work as part of a close-knit team
- Excellent grooming and presentation standards are necessary
- Able to work a flexible roster, including evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays
