Transformation Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Leader to join our team in driving significant organisational change initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to make a meaningful impact across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans to facilitate business transformation, encompassing changes in business processes, communications, technology, and cultural practices.
  • Analyse business change impacts and assess readiness, determining business needs and supporting the development of effective communication and support services.
  • Support training efforts by providing input, documentation, and collaborating on the design and delivery of training programs through various mediums.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to proactively manage needs, expectations, mitigate risks, and support change initiatives.
  • Forward plan and coordinate the development of change management programs, including training and tools, and facilitate the development and delivery of presentations.
  • Integrate change management activities into program/project plans.
  • Identify, analyse, and prepare risk mitigation tactics and manage anticipated resistance while evaluating user readiness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in change management, preferably within a complex organisational setting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and teams.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
