About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a principal program officer position in Brisbane. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving organisational transformation and delivering high-quality programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Utilise data analysis techniques to extract actionable insights from program data, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Program Coordination and Administration: Collaborate with program and project managers to define clear program milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Governance, Reporting, and Oversight: Establish and maintain robust governance processes, ensuring compliance with standards and timely delivery of high-quality reports to senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong project, program, or portfolio management experience, as well as experience establishing or working within a transformation office. Proficiency in deriving data-driven insights and producing compelling data visualisations for stakeholder consumption is highly valued.
