We are seeking an experienced Digital Adoption Platform expert to introduce this new technology and lead the implementation and integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the end-to-end implementation of the platform across enterprise systems
  • Designing and deploying in-app support features such as walkthroughs, tooltips, smart prompts, guided workflows
  • Ensuring compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1) and data privacy regulations
  • Maintaining instructional design artefacts including scenario-based tutorials, process guides, and role-specific learning modules
  • Aligning content with policies, compliance, and change management initiatives
  • Monitoring analytics to assess engagement, completion, and challenges

Apart from technical expertise, you will have the opportunity to combine project management, learning, development, instructional design with implementation and configuration of the Digital Adoption Platform.
