The Services team plays a vital role in ensuring that customers receive a consistent, high-quality onboarding experience.

Our key responsibilities include:

  • Working with Sales and Success teams to transition customers from sales to onboarding and account management.
  • Supporting the Sales team by engaging with prospects to position and explain the value of Karbon's services and solutions.
  • Project Management - creating specific onboarding plans for key customers' product adoption and training.
  • Collaborating with experts to ensure efficient onboarding and meeting metrics and objectives.
  • Responding to customer challenges and feedback by recommending solutions and services to address their needs.
  • Championing the voice of the customer internally and improving their onboarding and overall end-to-end Karbon experience.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous roles as an accountant/bookkeeper and/or onboarding specialist are desirable.
  • Demonstrable experience managing implementation and successful delivery of SaaS and/or on-premises business solutions.
  • Effective project management skills, including resource management on cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Professional spoken and written English (fluency in other major languages is a plus).
  • Previous experience with Workflow, Accounting, or Project Management software.
  • Physically based in Eastern Australia.
  • Prior accounting industry experience is a plus.
